You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.

AventraMD provides a technology platform that connects you with licensed healthcare providers. Medical evaluation and treatment decisions are made by those providers. Using the platform does not guarantee evaluation outcome, eligibility or treatment.

AventraMD provides membership and technology access. Medical decisions are made by independent licensed providers. Prescriptions, when authorized, are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies, and testing is performed by independent laboratories or collection partners. Availability varies by state and service.

AventraMD is not health insurance and is not a substitute for emergency medical services. Call 911 or seek emergency care for urgent medical needs.

Provide accurate and complete health information, keep your account credentials secure, and follow the guidance given by your provider. Inaccurate information can affect the safety of your care.

Membership fees may recur at the interval disclosed before enrollment. Medication, testing and other third-party costs may be separate. See Membership, Billing & Cancellation for additional terms and legal-review items.

A prescription is never guaranteed. Some eligible options may be compounded preparations that are not FDA-approved finished drug products, or may be prescribed off-label in the treating provider’s independent judgment.

Virtual care may include questionnaires, secure messaging, audio or video communication. Telehealth is not appropriate for every concern, and a provider may require in-person evaluation, testing or referral. The applicable informed consent is presented before clinical care.

The AventraMD name, brand and site content are owned by AventraMD and may not be used without permission.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
